教育によって求められる成果と水準は世界的に高くなってきている。ますます多忙になる学校現場。他国ではこの様な状況をどの様に改善しているのだろうか?
労働党政権下の英国では2003年より
教師が本来の仕事に専念できるように
多様な活動に従事する学校職員(support staff)を
教員(teaching staff)と同数雇い入れ
教員との協業を計ったという

専門スタッフとの仕事の線引きをして
教師や管理職のパフォーマンス向上とライフバランスを考慮した
取り決めが挙げられている。

日本の先生は真面目だから?
(と言うか他にやってくれる人がいないから?)

「サポートスタッフ」が雇われていない日本では
皆さん当たり前の様に
日々教員の誰かが
普通にやらざるを得ない仕事になっているんですよね・・・
本日は GWに毎年している(連休明けが期限となっている!) 昨年度の進路結果の集計(所謂「進路の手引き」というもの) を作りながらのつぶやきでした。
